My fatty will roll over anything you throw at it. The equestrian trails at Ray Roberts State Park in Texas were my go-to during my time in DFW. Nothing takes your mind off troubles like a bike ride. If it throws a little uncertainty and risk at you, all the better.
Mississippi has been challenging for outdoor recreation. Thankfully, MSU's campus is big. I've been able to map out short - but solid - rides on campus, in large part because of the strong agriculture studies (i.e., fields!).

First snow of the year. So quiet and peaceful. It just so happened that one of my kids and her friends were out Christmas caroling that night and the only sounds I could hear were of them singing in the distance. I won't forget this night ride around my little town.
